okay, you created a desktop-file with an install and on your personal wikipage
(http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Phill) you declared, that you want to
review moon-buggy for the actual EL and Fedora branches.

For EL4 & EL5 you need a vendor.

you can handle it in this way:

desktop-file-install %{SOURCE1} \
%if 0%{?rhel}
 --vendor="" \
%endif
--dir=%{buildroot}%{_datadir}/applications


I used this for my package(s), but i don´t know, if this an official way to
handle it.

Perhaps we should ask in -packaging or -devel or -epel list(s) first?! I didn´t
found a hint on this lists in the archives.
