Gang - On 23 July, I ordered a Fedora 9 i386 CD set from LinuxOnline.biz. The disks are faulty; they won't even pass the media check utility no matter what machine I use. As LinuxOnline.biz has no telephone number, I sent an e-mail to them requesting return information on 13 August, followed by two additional e-mails on 19 August, one through your web site and one addressed to the primary contact shown on your web sire, Irdayante Kadir. To this date I have received no response from LinuxOnline.biz of any sort. You may want to consider removing this company from you selection of vendors: they do not provide a quality product and apparently couldn't care less about their customer.
