Here is another update (kernel-2.6.31-0.1.2.40.rc2.git4.xendom0.fc12) athttp://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=1466158 and the repository http://fedorapeople.org/~myoung/dom0/ . This updates to the latest rawhide source, I don't think there are significant changes on the xen side, so i686 may still be broken, though the x86_64 version works okay for me.
