Actually the only reason I noticed it is because right after Pope Francis was elected, some news outlets were referring to him as Pope Francis the First and the Vatican came out and said he's just Pope Francis. It stuck in my head and then I read your line and it stuck with me. Coincidences are fun. Trivial semantics can more fun :-). Now I have to go to Amazon.co.uk to order my copy.
