HC was trying to hold a very hard line on nobody gets the book before the 9th, but someone in New York blew that up by shipping books to the Times Book Festival ten days ago so what the hell. I expect some stores will have them on the shelves the second they get them. But I think the eBooks can be held tightly because it's one source. Why people in Ireland can't get the ebook is a mystery, as that's included in the UK/Export English language license.
