Well if my copy does not get here before I go to the Bristol signing from
Amazon, then they will be having it back and I'll be getting two copies on the
day instead of the one for my foster son, makes me wonder sometimes why I
bother with Pre-order :(

OK - So tomorrow I ring Forbidden Plannet and ask them categorically if they
will have stock of Magicians End to be signed by Ray when he is there on 6th.

I have some older books to be signed - but it beggars belief that Harper
Collins are now saying it won't be released until some of the signings have
been and gone!

What has not helped is the Harpercollins website being updated to the

The date has something to do with the supermarkets. In fact the official
UK and Australia date is apparently the 9th, though this is contradicted
    by the website :)

  The page at

  says 6th May.

I'm getting a headache! Is it today, the 6th, the 9th? Arghhhhhh!
