I've had one novel eaten by a whippet puppy. And I've had one manga that I left lying on my bed when the household fox terrier cross decided it was a viable target for marking his territory. Thankfully neither were Feist books.

Have been at our daughters home in Perth WA recently & used our grandsons library card to borrow a hard cover book (Mammoth series??? something), & Lizzie her Shih Tzu Maltese terrier cros, chewed thru the hard cover & several pages. Cost me AUD43.50 to replace. Little bugger but she is a gorgeous family pet.

Like the idea, obviously now I have all Rays books signed they are not leaving my house ever. I will have to go and buy another copy of them all to lend to people.

Don't lend them! Or make them sign a disclaimer that they replace it if they damage it! ;-)

Hi all,

Need help. I have 400+ fantasy books and a very badly maintained spread sheet e.g. missing new purchases and contains stuff I have lost. But I need a full proof way of tracking them when I lend them to people. As I have lost loads over the years.

Anyone got any suggestions?? Other than don’t lend them to people Tehehe.

Cheers

Paul
