Who ever is a committer on this project should be on the 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list.  I kicked off a vote there a week ago 
and only heard tumbleweed blowing across main street.  It might be good 
if we get all committers subscribing.  We can conduct the vote again 
after we get a shout out form everybody.
