Haven't looked at Avalon in literally years, but prior to moving our App
to OSGi we did look at this as a possible framework. From what I recall
it was big on dependency injection, which would seem to have parallels
with both OSGi and the work Richard Hall is looking at and was proposing
for Felix inclusion over the last few days. So sounds like there could
well be interest and overlap here that someone might explore.
