Initial migration of original Ascert codebase completed and submitted. - Packages renamed, copyright headers changed and mangen now compiles with Felix. - ASM and BCEL dependencies handled via maven - Manifest generated with necessary classpath dependencies on needed ASM, BCEL, Felix and OSGi jars At this stage the code compiles and would be usable with some manual intervention to move JARs and properties to a run directory.
