Why do I get this empty update messages?

it doesn't look like there is something changed on the JIRA....

Stephane, are you doing something to create them? In case all you want
to do is to indicate that you did a commit that affects them just
include the JIRA issue name in your subversion submit comment e.g.,

"Added this amazing feature (FELIX-130)."

Subsequently, the submit will automatically be linked to the FELIX-130
JIRA issue by the system (listed under "subversion commits" at the
respective JIRA issue).
