For three days, I've been trying to build Felix but it has been failing with

  Downloading:
http://domoware.isti.cnr.it/maven2/org-cybergarage/cyberlink-upnp-patched/1.7.1/cyberlink-upnp-patched-1.7.1.pom
  [INFO]
  ------------------------------------------------------------------------
  [ERROR] BUILD ERROR
  [INFO]
  ------------------------------------------------------------------------
[INFO] Error building POM (may not be this project's POM).

  Project ID: org-cybergarage:cyberlink-upnp-patched

  Reason: Error getting POM for
  'org-cybergarage:cyberlink-upnp-patched' from the repository: Error
  transferring file
    org-cybergarage:cyberlink-upnp-patched:pom:1.7.1

  from the specified remote repositories:
    central (http://repo1.maven.org/maven2),
    safehaus (http://m2.safehaus.org),
    apache.snapshots (http://cvs.apache.org/maven-snapshot-repository),
    domoware.isti.cnr.it (http://domoware.isti.cnr.it/maven2)

Since that server is down, I can manually add that jar to my repository, correct? If so, can someone post the pom and jar file from their repository so that I can add it to mine?

However, that is just a short-term solution. How can we get that server back up or get that jar from another server? I assume that anyone building Felix from scratch will run into the same problem.

Thanks,
Tim Moloney
