Source file header updates

We need to get all source file headers updated to the correct header, 
see the JIRA issue:

   http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-144
I see that some people have started to do so. I have created a page on 
the wiki to keep track of which subprojects have been updated:

   
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FELIX/Subproject+Source+Header+Updates

Please update the wiki page to reflect which subproject source files 
have been updated.
