Just wanted to let people know that a GC fix from a couple weeks back
introduced a bug that caused the 'refresh' operation to fail
consistently...I have fixed this along with three GC-related bugs...so
"svn update" and enjoy...I also updated the copies in the SNAPSHOT repo.
