Felix version number

FYI, I plan to change Felix' version number from:

   0.8.0-SNAPSHOT
To:

   0.8.0-incubator-SNAPSHOT

Since a lot of the subprojects just use the Felix version, this means 
that their version will change too. This may break people's 
dependencies. I will update all of the pom files and make sure that 
everything in trunk builds correctly.

For those subprojects that have their own version numbering scheme, you 
should change your version number to represent that we are in the 
incubator, following the example above. Let's try to get this taken care 
of this week.
