missing implementations from R4 compendium

Is the wikipage at 
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FELIX/Felix+R4+contributions 
up-to-date that way there is currently no implementation of 
org.osgi.service.log.LogService in the felix repository ?

Is that implementation accessable somewhere, or is using the equinox/KF 
implementation the only way to get the service working?
