We have changed all of the headers for the subprojects that are going to be
included in the 0.8.0 release, so I will close this bug. We will still need to
verify that all other subprojects have updated their headers, but we can do
this when they are in the process of creating their own independent releases
and create individual JIRA issues for them as the need arises.
