Richard S. Hall updated FELIX-63:
---------------------------------

    Fix Version/s: 1.0.0
                       (was: 0.8.0)

For the initial 0.8.0 release the few bundles that are included can just use
the 0.8.0 version number, we can worry about independent version numbers for
1.0.0 and beyond.

> Determine proper version numbers for bundles

> Currently, many of the bundles are using the framework version (or the parent
> project version) as their own version. A public release of Felix will be
> labeled according to the framework version, I assume. This first public
> release will be version 0.8.0. However, bundles will version independently of
> the framework and may not share this version number. Even if they can use
> this version number for now, they will most likely not continue to version in
> lock step with the framework in the future, so each bundle subproject should
> start using an appropriate version number for the state/stabiliity of the
> bundle itself.
> For the shell-related bundles (e.g., shell, shelltui, shellgui,
> shellguiplugin, and bundlerepository), I will probably let them version with
> the framework for until the 1.0.0 release, at which point they will start to
> version independently.
