is dead.

I did another archived mailing list message yesterday that offered a
valid link to bindex.jar. After downloading it, I was playing around
with it, trying to figure out its command-line options. After trying
"-h", "--help", and maybe "-help", I wasn't noticing any help-like
output. This morning I just noticed that it does emit a short usage
description, but it also produces a repository.xml file (and writes
its contents to the console) even when invoked with "-help" as its
sole argument. Perhaps it should not.
