Okay, I would propose to write a small guideline for subproject
developers to explain the version numbering scheme (as soon as it's
sorted out, just put it on the Felix wiki/site). I'm very excited
about the upcoming release, thanks for all the hard work!
At this point, it looks like we have everything compiling again without
much impact on the remaining subprojects. However, all subprojects
should change their version number to include "incubator" in from now on
until we graduate.
The scheme, mentioned before, looks like this:
0.9.0-incubator-SNAPSHOT
This version is the new development Felix version number after the
0.8.0-incubator release. Of course, subprojects are free to version
independently from the Felix release as a whole, but they must still
follow this scheme.
