4. The establishment of a Felix PMC, responsible to the Board and
for cutting Felix releases on behalf of the ASF.
5. A PMC Chair, which becomes an officer of ASF.
6. Felix becomes an official ASF project, no more Incubating disclaimers.
7. More users, more questions, more work... ;o)
