Er, don't. Geir was in a hurry, and I think that you misunderstand what he
meant by conditional. :-) You will be asking the Incubator PMC to vote on
graduating Felix. Please prepare the Board resolution before asking the
Incubator PMC to vote, since we will be wanting to review that, and then it
will go up to the Board for its next meeting in mid-January.
