Something that's bugged me for a while with mangen is that I can't
simply update the JAR, I have to rewrite it.
As part of another project, I stumbled across the following ZIP library:
https://truezip.dev.java.net/
If I get a chance, I plan to go back and revisit mangen to see if this
can help make it faster and more robust.
Since there are a number of other places in Felix where JAR files are
accessed, it struck me it may be of general interest to those in the
community who weren't already aware of it.
