Definitely no objections. I was picturing it under a Commons page but
I didn't realize there was one already.
The page is the one I mentioned before, which is a child page of the
subproject documentation page:

The page is nothing special, it is just a starting point for all Commons
documentation. Feel free to re-arrange this starting point however you want.
I will move the new page and add a reference to it.
