I just found the following description for the assignment form of the
Include-Resource directive:
"[..]where the first path is the resource to copy and the second path is
the destination path[..]"
(use the find capability in your browser to find the passage)
it is the other way arround:
"[..]where the first path is the destination path and the second path is
the resource to copy[..]"
