Contribution of a Configuration Admin Service.
I tried to implement as close to the specification as possible. There is one
extension, which I built in: Persistence of configuration is managed by so
called PersistenceManagers. The default PersistenceManager is a filesystem
based one. Additional PersistenceManagers may be added.
We will use this feature to create PersistenceManager which stores
configuration data in Java Content Repository (see
http://jackrabbit.apache.org).
