Hi, Felix developers, I deployed all the wrapper POMs that build (without downloading Sun jars, etc.) here:
http://people.apache.org/maven-snapshot-repository/org/apache/felix/commons/ I didn't have the basic infra setup to do this quickly but I do now. We can tweak as necessary. Enrique
