Problems building trunk

Just updated to the latest rev and tried to rebuild the commons-jxpath 
projects but got the message:
   Error installing artifact: File 
/home/jconlon/projects/svns/felix/trunk/commons/commons-jxpath/target/classes 
does not exist
Thought it strange so I tried to build the trunk but got a:
   The packaging for this project did not assign a file to the build 
artifact.

Any ideas what it may be?

I tried both maven 2.0.5 and 2.0.6 with the same result.
