You have to actually compile a dummy program and then there is a switch which
will emit them, I forget what it is.

I need them so the webserver can find <string> and various bits/crud.h files,
i.e. so the C/C++ hyperlinking actually finds all #include files.

Well, my next project with your help is to get the *.fpc files generated
WITHOUT using interscript, so I can kill it off. The tutorial remains 
a problem but I will handle that somehow.
