I am making a change to floating point lexicology: Felix now
requires a decimal point with digits on both sides:

4.2   0.5  7.0

and no longer accepts .5 or 7. as floats. This is to allow

x.3  // 4th tuple projection
3.f // reverse application to integer

Although these could always be made to work with an extra space,
the new rule seems a bit more consistent.

[Writing tutorial and trying to make the rules consistent so it's easy to 
explain them ..
and thus easier to use]
