Thanks for all the input. I've been real busy the past couple of days. But I did manage to get Brissle in yesterday and get started on the VO. So today I'll be giving her second shot. So far, no reactions I can see. I pray she's one of the lucky ones to respond.

As far as combination therapies, it does look like it's probably redundant. But who knows? Even Virbac admits there is little known about combinations and much about the recommended course is speculation. That gives me some more homework to do. What we tentatively agreed on is to pick up with the Immunoregulin two weeks after the VO ends, but only monthly or biweekly maintenance doses. If I do get to the point of having some VO onhand, I'm wondering what's the best course. I did get a hold of Paolo and he said that he watches real closely for any changes. You definitely don’t want to wait for another crash. You just have to be real sensitive to it I guess, especially if it's been a long time since the last cycle. Or if you can afford it, maybe one cycle every 3 or 4 months to avoid the uncertainty? I know vacations aren't recommended with a FeLV cat. But if you do go and it's been a long time since the last cycle, then maybe get a cycle out of the way a couple weeks prior? One thing is probably certain and that is that every cat will be different and require a "refresh" at different intervals.

Thanks for listening. I'll keep everyone posted.
