Near water can also mean trapped inside a wall
near the water pipes, stuck on a roof with rain gutters, trapped in a damp
basement, outside in the morning dew, outside in the rain, and any other various
sources of water. In fact, it would be hard for him to not be near water to some
extent, especially since he's lost, and has probably gotten a bit thirsty by
now, and is most likely seeking out a drink if possible. I guess I'm just a
critic, but really, near water doesn't mean a whole heck of a lot. (sorry for
the negativity, but had to point all that out)
