| Perineal Urethrostomy. When the male kitty has a blockage and can't urinate its surgery to give them another opening.Spanky blocked several times (flutd) and almost died. After two surgeries he never had a problem a gain. I think they remove their penis. The first time scar tissue caused him to close up and he had to have a second surgery to make the opening bigger. We loved to call him Spankette our little girl. |
