Tequila eh? Are we talking margaritas here? If that's the case, I can't say I could argue much.. it's been ages since a pitcher of margaritas! Lime AND Strawberry mixed... ooooohhh yummy...
The only thing I use wine for around here is for meat marinade and pasta sauce. Burgundy for beef marinade (part burgundy, part Ken's red wine vinegar and olive oil salad dressing), and Chablis for pasta sauce (with sautéed onions, celery, garlic, and basil). Though I admit, I do occasionally add a dash of red wine to tomato based pasta sauce too.
