Hi, Where are you trying to ad this resource?  Send me the address. I have repeatedly tried to get the practice of Dr.  E A Boswell added to Ky and have failed.  I have filled out the forms and I don't know of anything else to do.  I am not complaining, just trying to provide a well respected  source to those in Ky and adjoining areas.  Can you assist me?
