We just got an email on my local rescue list saying there are still thousands of animals there needing to be fed and very few volunteers. They were begging people to come down. Evidently the major rescues have left.Do you know anything about that? And if we can't go down, what can we do at this point. I sent money to Best Friends, HSUS, etc.... but evidently they're no longer down there.The email said that they are lucky to get food and water to the 'feeding stations' once every week or TWO because they are just so short handed.tonya
