I'd take her in, if you already have an appointment, your vet can advise extra meds that might help, even if it is just the oil making her ill. She definitely needs to eat something, even if it does come right back out, one way or another. Fluids are very important too, she could easily get dehydrated, and your vet could give her an IV or some sub-q fluids. I'd take her in.
