I use mane and tail groom, for horses, with my cats with ringworm.  
I'm not sure about the ingredients or using it on immune compromised 
cats.  Yall are teaching me a lot about that.  I think it is worth 
checking out the mane and tail groom to make sure there is nothing in 
it that will hurt him.
