Need Acemannan urgently

Hi, does anyone have Acemannan that you can spare for Naomi - Naomi is not doing well –she is very anemic not generating RBC and is dying.. but wanted to try Acemannan – the place is backordered and cannot get it right now,, but I need it asap – please let me know if you can.. thank you!
