When my friend Jessi lived with us, her 9 cats with good immune systems all had toxo and they all had diarrhea from it.  I am not sure if they had any other symptoms, but they were negatives.

Thank you Phaewryn and everyone that has been sending prayers and good
thoughts to me and Spence.  He's doing about the same.  I did get him to
lick a bit of babyfood, that always makes me feel a little better.  I've
got a frantic call into my vet about Toxoplasmosis.  I was doing some
more research on it and while it's not that big a deal for kitties with
good immune systems, cats with poor ones exhibit the same symptoms as
Spencer is.  Unfortunately, my vet was trying to save me some money
(damn), and didn't run this test.  I've found the treatment for it and I
was hoping the on-call vet might think about the possibilities and
prescribe me some meds, just in case.  So far, no call back.  I know I'm
grasping at straws here, but I can't help thinking if we could figure
out what's going on with him, it might be something curable.  I hate
when the clock is ticking.  Has anyone had any experience with Toxo and
immune compromised cats?
