I got put on moderation several times & I think
the whole issue is ridiculous with the extent to which they take
it. They want JUST the information you are replying to.
And they watch it like a hawk. There was another IBD list but I think it went
under.

I was on that
group for a while, but the moderator was very mean and kept refusing to
post my messages because she said I either included too much of the
previous post or not enough, and when I said something about not having
this problem on other lists and really needing to just get some advice she
went off at me in a really nasty email, so I left the group.
