I only had a problem once with any of my babies after
a dental.  It was with Madison and it took her a few
days to get over the anesthesia.  They use something
different now but I can't remember the name of it.  It
is on her chart at the vet's office.  The vet I use
will send them home with antibiotics and pain medicine
if they had any extractions.  Also, the vet will have
me feed them soft food for about 5 days. They do blood
work before they sedate them to be sure nothing is
going on they don't know about.  I am taking my dog
(Mollie) tomorrow to get a dental.  I hope this helps.
