You mean with her legs all tucked under her, body upright, with her muzzle resting flat on the surface she's laying on, looking like it would be hard to breathe? You see any tension over her neck and shoulders, right, from holding that position?
 
Yes, that's generally a "sick cat" position. Push some fluids, see if she perks up.
