I have a cat named Winston and I never see him clean himself. He is about 2 years old now. I found him in the backyard when he was just about 6 or 7 weeks old. Bless his heart he is our cat with issues. He will be allowing you to pet him and then turn around and bite the crap out of you. I have to clean his back side some. I just keep a couple of wash cloths that are his and rinse with warm water and wipe him. I didn't know what else to use.
