First, avoid direct topical treatment with getamychin in it - if you google with side effects on the drug, you will find some scary stuff - I wish I never used it on Ghandi - as sometimes the damage is permanent - this is also common in humans from what I found out -
Have you tried like clavomox orally first or baytrill orally (also watch out the amount on this drug as I have a cat who became blind from this drug) - and also not to use topical one - lots of times, it does not require topical drug to treat the ear infection. Also, have you flushed the ears already?
