Yes, they are both girls and spayed. Stretch has just in the past year gotten aggressive, since our outside kitty Chance disappeared. I don't know what happened to him, but since then Stretch won't allow any other animals around, including attacking my inside cats if I allow them a little time in the front yard. VERY frustrating. I need to call some local feral groups to see if they can handle him. I am just afraid of trapping one of my own if I do it myself; I've never trapped before. I think you're right though...if he's not neutered, that might help a lot.
