If it's just breathing issues, an emergency tracheotomy would be a immediate
solution
to that issue, though how cats do longer term with them I do not know. This is
where
a hole is cut in the throat to make a hole into the windpipe, thus letting the
animal
breathe through the neck area, instead of having to pass through the head
cavity.

Subject: OK,Herbie does not have mediastinal LSA -- but probably something in
hishead/sinus area

which is making it hard for him to breathe. Two swollen lymph nodes
--which were tested--results back Tuesday.
But.........I don't know that he can make it till then. It's like he is
congested in his head--and I think it's harder for him air almost
daily--like something is really moving fast. Right now he looks a little
pale, but I am going to watch him and if he stays pale, then I guess we go
to the emerg. vet.

I really think this bad, I just feel like he might not be here much longer.
