If you go to the Yahoo! main page, and click on 'Photos' under More Yahoo! Services, you will see at the side "Have you heard the news?". That's where it says they are closing. Plus, my husband got an email telling him they were closing. If you have photos embedded INSIDE one of your Yahoo! groups, that does not qualify. Those photos will stay.
