Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but as a white kitty with 2 differently
colored eyes, isn't there a good chance this kitty is deaf?

Sometimes...as I have a personal senior kitty of 19 years that is not deaf
or was sterile. So she was spayed at 4 months of age. Continues to hear well.
She has two different colored eyes and solid white.
