If you can get a tube of Nutrical from your veterinarian, it will work as a food replacement until he/she figures out what is the main problem. It is designed for animals that are 'off feed'. It also has good levels of B-complex vitamins that will help to stimulate their appetite.
They will usually eat it voluntarily, but if not, you can load it into a 3cc syringe and put it in their mouth. If you can get 3cc down them a couple times a day, they will be getting most of the nutrients they need. Good luck, and I hope the blood workup reveals what problems you are dealing with.
